United States Code

The United States Code is the codification by subject matter of the laws of the United States.  It is divided into fifty subject titles. There have been five major antitrust codifications. The current antitrust statutes can be found in Title 15 (Commerce and Trade) of the US. Code.

United States Statutes at Large
The Statutes at Large is the permanent collection of all laws and resolutions enacted during each session of Congress, prepared and published by the Office of the Federal Register. Laws are published in order of the date of their enactment.

Cases

Federal antitrust claims are heard exclusively in federal court.

Bloomberg Law (Bloomberg Law password required)
The research database provides a list of the most recent federal antitrust cases (Bloomberg password required).

Federal Trade Commission
The FTC publishes its list of recent cases and proceedings. 

Department of Justice
The DOJ publishes its recent list of antitrust case filings. 

Regulations

Code of Federal Regulations
The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) is the codification of the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register by the executive departments and agencies of the federal government.  Current Federal Trade Commission regulations are found in Title 16 and the Department of Justice antitrust regulations in Title 28 of the CFR.
