American Bar Association Commission on Immigration
The Commission on Immigration directs the ABA's efforts to ensure fair treatment and full due process rights for immigrants, asylum-seekers, and refugees within the U.S.

American Immigration Council
Founded in 1987, the American Immigration Council is a non-profit, non-partisan organization that advocates for immigrants and works to educate citizens about immigrants' contributions to the U.S.

American Immigration Lawyers Association
The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) is a national association of immigration lawyers that works to "promote justice, advocate for fair and reasonable immigration law and policy, advance the quality of immigration and nationality law and practice, and enhance the professional development of AILA members."

Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. 
The Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC) provides training and support to a network of more than 400 immigration law providers so that they can provide high-quality and affordable immigration legal services. CLINIC also provides direct assistance to asylum seekers at the U.S.-Mexico border, advocates for fair and just immigration policies, and provides religious immigration services to assist religious workers who come to the U.S.

Immigrant Defense Project
The Immigrant Defense Project fights for fairness and justice for all immigrants caught in the United States criminal and immigration systems through a multipronged strategy including advocacy, litigation, legal advice and training, community defense, grassroots alliances, and strategic communications.

Immigrant Legal Resource Center
Established in 1979, the Immigrant Legal Resource Center trains attorneys, paralegals, and community-based advocates who work with immigrants, informs the media, elected officials, and the public about immigration issues to shape effective and just immigration policy and law, and works with grassroots immigrant organizations to promote civic engagement and social change.

Migration Policy Institute
Founded in 2011, the Migration Policy Institute is a nonpartisan research organization that seeks to improve immigration and integration policies through authoritative research and analysis, opportunities for learning and dialogue, and the development of new ideas to address complex policy questions.

National Immigrant Justice Center
Established in 1984, the National Immigrant Justice Center blends direct legal services, impact litigation, and policy advocacy to defend access to justice for immigrants and to transform the U.S. immigration system into one that is more humane.

National Immigration Forum
Founded in 1982, the National Immigration Forum promotes responsible federal immigration policies that address today's economic and security needs while honoring the founders' intention that America would be a land of opportunity.

National Immigration Law Center
Established in 1979, the National Immigration Law Center (NILC) is an immigration-advocacy organization dedicated to advancing and defending the rights of low-income immigrants through litigation, policy advocacy, movement-building, and narrative and culture change. 

National Immigration Project
Founded in 1971, the National Immigration Project is a non-profit organization that provides legal assistance and technical support to immigrant communities, legal practitioners, and advocates working to advance the rights of noncitizens. 

International Organization for Migration
Established in 1951, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) is part of the United Nations System, and it is the leading inter-governmental organization to promote humane and orderly migration for the benefit of all.
