Immigration Law

This research guide provides researchers with information on United States federal immigration law. Topics covered include how and where to access federal statutes, regulations, and cases that impact immigration in the United States, as well as secondary sources such as books, journals, news sites, and blogs that publish immigration-specific content. Both subscription resources available to ASU community members and free resources, available in print and online, are detailed.

Another immigration-related guide from the Ross-Blakley Law Library that may be of interest to immigration law researchers is the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Research Guide. This guide provides general information and links to resources about the DACA program.
