Scope

This research guide is designed to assist students, scholars, and practitioners in researching intellectual property law.

This guide covers primary sources including federal statutes, court rules, and cases, as well as secondary sources and online sources for intellectual property. It also provides information on resources for news and current awareness information on intellectual property topics.
