Westlaw enables users to create alerts based on search results or KeyCite references. Alerts will notify users of any new cases appearing in the search results or of any subsequent citations appearing in the KeyCite references. Alert options can be customized depending on delivery method, frequency, recipient, etc.

• To create a search alert, click on the bell icon at the top of the results and follow the prompts
• To create a KeyCite alert, click on the bell icon at the top of the page and follow the prompts

Supreme Court of the United States

• The website of the nation's highest court provides access to opinions, transcripts and audio recordings of oral arguments, a calendar of arguments and hearings, and information about pending and decided cases on its dockets search and granted/noted cases list. You can also find news and other details about the court.
• SCOTUSblog is an independent website that tracks cases before the court from the certiorari stage through the merits stage. Written by lawyers, law professors, and law students, it provides news, commentary, and other information related to the court including cases on the merits dockets, cases on the emergency docket, petitions, and briefs. You can subscribe to its email list to receive daily digests of the newsfeed.
• Oyez is the unofficial media archive of the court. It provides access to transcripts and audio recordings of oral arguments, opinions, and information on the justices.

Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
This court provides appellate review of cases tried in the United States District Courts within the geographic area of its jurisdiction, including the District of Arizona. You can find published opinions as well as unpublished memoranda and news about the court.

Congressional Research Service
The CRS is a public policy research institute within the United States Congress tasked with providing research and analysis on topics related to policymaking. From the homepage, enter the phrase "Congressional Court Watcher" into the search box for a weekly list of appellate decisions that may be of interest to lawmakers.
