Arizona probate law is located in Title 14 of the Arizona Revised Statues, which covers trusts, estates, and protective proceedings.
Select chapters are listed below. 

Title 14, Chapter 1 covers general provisions including definitions, scope, and jurisdiction.
Title 14, Chapter 2 covers intestate succession and wills.
Title 14, Chapter 3 covers probate proceedings. 
Title 14, Chapter 6 covers nonprobate transfers.

Court Rules

Arizona Rules of Probate Procedure
The Arizona Rules of Probate Procedure "govern procedures in all probate proceedings in the superior court." Ariz. R. Prob. P. 1(a).

Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure
The Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure "apply to probate proceedings unless they are inconsistent with [the] probate rules or A.R.S. Title 14." Ariz. R. Prob. P. 4(a)(1). 

Arizona Rules of Evidence
"The Arizona Rules of Evidence apply in all contested hearings unless all parties and the court agree those rules will not apply." Ariz. R. Prob. P. 4(a)(2).

Local court rules may apply to probate proceedings.
