This research guide is intended to help you find sources of Arizona primary law from the state courts, state legislature, and state executive agencies. The guide details both free and subscription resources for accessing cases, statutes, and regulations, with an emphasis on materials available within the print and electronic holdings of the Ross-Blakley Law Library.

Beyond primary law, the guide details how to conduct legislative history research for Arizona legislation and how to track state bills. It also lists sources for legal forms and Arizona practice materials. Finally, it links to a variety of subject-specific guides that offer information on areas of state law including Family Law, Foreclosure Law, Homeowners Associations, Landlord/Tenant Law, and Traffic/DUI Law.

The reference librarians at the Ross-Blakley Law Library are happy to help you find or navigate research resources.

Librarians are available 9am-4pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-2pm on Friday by phone or by email.
